## About the Role

Do you have a valid Professional Scrum Master I certification?, Do you have experience in Meeting facilitation?, * Proven experience as a Scrum Master for 3-5 years or in a similar role within an agile environment.

 * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
 * Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration.
