## About the Role

Do you have experience in Web services design?, * 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.

 * Strong proficiency in Java 8, including:
 * Collections Framework
 * Multithreading and Concurrency
 * Stream API
 * Functional Interfaces and Lambda Expressions
 * Strong experience with Spring Boot.
 * Experience designing and developing Microservices and REST APIs.
 * Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
 * Experience with source control tools such as Git.
 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Reactive Programming, preferably Vert.x.
 * Hands-on experience with Kafka or other event-streaming platforms.
 * Experience implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
 * Familiarity with GitHub Actions (GHA).
 * Experience working in cloud and distributed environments.
 * Financial services domain experience is a plus.

We are seeking experienced Java Backend Engineers to join a high-performing team supporting a leading financial services client. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java 8, Spring Boot, and Microservices/API development, with experience building scalable, resilient, and high-performing enterprise applications., * Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

 * Build and support Microservices and RESTful APIs for enterprise-scale applications.
 * Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
 * Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
 * Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
 * Contribute to CI/CD automation and deployment processes.
 * Support Agile development practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
