Professional certifications related to project management and information security strongly preferred. + Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills + Must be 18 years of age or older + Advanced skill level with Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, and Teams + Minimum of five years of progressive experience in IT, with at least two years in a managerial or supervisory role. + Experience with enterprise IT systems, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and network administration + Ability to maintain confidentiality + High level of attention to detail ## Description The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all technology infrastructure and systems within the organization. This role ensures the secure and efficient operation of the agency's IT environment, provides oversight for the IT Systems Specialist and IT Technician, manages vendor relationships, and supports the technological needs of internal stakeholders. This is a full time, 40-hour per week position, located at our Benton office.
