License and Certification: Substitution: Additional experience as described above may be substituted for the required degree on a year-for-year basis (up to a maximum of two (2) years). Completion of the 1010 Information Systems Trainee Program may be substituted for the required degree. Under general direction of the ITS GIS Program manager, the IS Principal Analyst (GIS Analyst) will be responsible for technology solutions and performing all aspects of the maintaining and managing ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise deployment as well as analysis, design, programming, testing, debugging, and deployment of fully functional GIS applications.
