* 5+ years full-stack engineering experience, with hands-on Laravel development
 * Strong PHP, MySQL, JavaScript expertise
 * Deep cloud experience: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD
 * REST/SOAP API and SFTP integration experience
 * Familiarity with OIDC/SAML auth standards
 * Advanced raw SQL skills (joins, aggregates, subqueries, indexing, query tuning) - beyond ORM/Eloquent
 * Agile delivery experience at scale
 * Strong remote collaboration skills
 * AWS/Kubernetes/security certifications a plus (Solutions Architect, CKA, CISSP)

 * Own the full SDLC: requirements architecture implementation testing deployment maintenance
 * Drive DevOps practices: CI/CD automation, IaC via Terraform, observability, AWS deployment (EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3)
 * Integrate AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Codex, Cursor) into engineering workflows
 * Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, and Security
 * Own engineering KPIs: delivery velocity, code quality, security, uptime
 * Lead sprint planning and delivery tracking
 * Champion secure coding practices and threat-aware deployment pipelines
