 * Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

 * Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience with Angular or ReactJS.

 * Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

 * Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise environments is preferred.

 * Experience coordinating with onsite and offshore teams

## Description

Seeking an experienced .NET Lead to support enterprise application development and modernization initiatives., * Lead end-to-end development activities for enterprise .NET applications.

 * Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using .NET technologies.

 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and offshore/onshore teams.

 * Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to development teams.

 * Develop and support Microservices and RESTful APIs.

 * Participate in application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.

 * Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and best practices.
