This position should be able to provide a solution for the user stories based on Oracle EPM Cloud SAAS platform- EPBCS, FCCS and ARCS. The candidate will be driving the solution by breaking down user stories through deep dive sessions and functional design sessions. * Candidate is expected to have hands-on experience on at least 2-3 EPM Cloud- EPBCS and FCCS, ARCS implementations. Candidate must have experience in working in global delivery model and especially in Agile methodology. * Must be capable to deliver high quality deliverables for a module and lead a team during design, build, integrations, testing and support activities related to implementation. * Candidate must be able to participate in transition and warranty support. * Must have experience in design, modeling, implementation, development and maintenance of EPM applications using Oracle EPM suite of products. * Must have end-to-end hands-on experience in implementing Oracle's EPM Cloud suite of products such as PBCS, EPBCS, Planning Cloud, FCCS and ARCS etc. * Functional understanding of financial planning and budgeting specially with financial, workforce and project module. * Ability to analyze user stories and develop an end-to-end solution design, functional design. * Experience in business process redesign or transformation. * Experience in leading a team of consultants to deliver the designed solution from offshore. * Experience in driving requirement gathering sessions, conduct CRPs and demos, run pilots to showcase EPM products. * Experience in delivering training to users and manage multiple deliverables at the same time. * Hands on experience in building application artifacts (configuring dimensions, creating data forms/business rules/calculations, EPM automate scripts etc.). * Ability to build data integrations and design dashboards and reports.
