As a Staff Engineer, you won't just write code; you will define the technical standards for how we deliver search results at scale. You will balance hands-on development with high-level system design, ensuring our frontend and backend systems are resilient, performant, and SEO-dominant.

 + **Architectural Leadership:** Own the end-to-end architecture of our **React/Next.js** frontend and **Node.js/GraphQL** microservices.

 + **Performance at Scale:** Drive initiatives to optimize Core Web Vitals and SSR strategies. In a high-velocity environment, you ensure our SERP remains the fastest in the industry.

 + **AI Strategy & Governance:** Lead the integration of AI coding assistants and LLMs into the SDLC. You are responsible for the "human-in-the-loop" verification of AI-generated code regarding security, performance, and long-term maintainability.

 + **Cross-Functional Influence:** Partner with Product, Data Science, and Design to operationalize machine learning models and predictive analytics into the user experience.
