## Description

* Support day-to-day Tivoli operations by monitoring alerts, executing runbooks, performing basic troubleshooting, and escalating effectively to keep services stable.
 * Monitor dashboards/queues and respond to events/alerts; perform initial triage and ticket creation with correct categorization and impact.
 * Execute runbook procedures (service restarts, agent checks, job reruns, basic backup restores) within approved change/incident processes.
 * Validate agent health and connectivity; perform basic installs/upgrades under guidance and document outcomes.
 * Support event hygiene: acknowledge/close alerts, attach evidence, and ensure alert-to-ticket correlation is accurate.
 * Assist with schedule/job operations (if applicable): monitor job failures, rerun/restart jobs, validate dependencies, and communicate status.
 * Assist with backup operations (if applicable): verify nightly results, investigate common failures, and support small restore requests.
 * Maintain knowledge articles, troubleshooting notes, and shift handover summaries.
