We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a high-impact global team within one of the world's largest providers of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. You will be part of a strategic initiative focused on modernizing core business systems, transitioning to a Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture, and leveraging AI-assisted engineering to scale performance and delivery.

Your Impact

 * End-to-End Accountability: Own assigned outcomes from design to production, ensuring timelines are met and blockers are escalated early.
 * Architectural Evolution: Drive the implementation of Micro Frontends using Module Federation, Web Components (Shadow DOM), and React to ensure independent deployment and scalability.
 * Backend Excellence: Build and optimize enterprise-grade services using C# .NET and SQL Server, ensuring robust API integrations and data integrity.
 * AI-Driven Development: Integrate AI tools and agentic workflows (Prompt Engineering, MCP) into the development lifecycle to enhance code quality and automation.
