* Tier I & Tier II IT Support experience
 * Hardware and Software Troubleshooting (installation, deployment, repair, maintenance)
 * Desktop/Laptop Support in enterprise environments
 * Experience with ticketing systems and incident management
 * Strong customer service and end-user support skills
 * Experience maintaining asset management and inventory records

## Description

* Support IT projects such as system upgrades, application rollouts, and infrastructure changes
 * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software
 * Document incidents, resolutions, and asset information accurately
 * Perform proactive system maintenance and health checks
 * Meet SLA response and resolution targets
 * Escalate and coordinate issues with higher-level IT teams
 * Assist with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem prevention
