If so, this is the role for you!, Experience preferred but not all necessary. * Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, or Information Systems (or related degree/equivalent combination of work experience). * Professional IT certifications. * 7+ years of administrative support experience. * Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues involving server applications such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, group policies, etc. * Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications (Exchange, SQL, etc.) and operating systems (servers and desktops) as well as line of business applications. * Knowledge of remote access solutions including VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix. * Experience with MS Azure, EntraID, M365, and O365. * Experience with SharePoint and Teams. * Advanced technical support and the ability to troubleshoot at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, Layer 2/3 switching, routers, firewalls, and security. * Advanced understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems. * Experience with VMware up to version 8.0 Skills: The skills listed below are ideal.
