 * You independently solve complex technical problems, exercise sound judgment, and contribute effectively within cross-functional teams
 * You have experience using experimentation, instrumentation, monitoring, and feedback loops to improve system quality and product outcomes over time
 * You collaborate effectively across disciplines, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners, and demonstrate ownership from insight through delivery
 * You use AI thoughtfully in your own work to improve efficiency, quality, and learning, while applying responsible, inclusive, and human-centred practices in how AI is developed and deployed

## Description

* Design, build, and improve production AI agent systems for Bee, helping create more curated and engaging ways for members to connect within an AI-driven product experience
 * Develop and maintain Python-based backend services and agent workflows using PydanticAI and GCP, with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and operational reliability [Suggested]
 * Contribute to agent development practices including prompt management, context orchestration, response schema design, fallback handling, and versioning approaches [Suggested]
 * Build and improve evaluation tooling and feedback loops for AI systems, including experimentation frameworks, telemetry, monitoring, and agent performance analysis [Suggested]
 * Partner closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to translate ambiguous opportunities into high-quality shipped features and iterative product improvements
 * Apply strong engineering judgment to responsible AI development by assessing outputs for quality, safety, transparency, and bias while ensuring appropriate human oversight
 * Contribute to technical direction and code quality standards through thoughtful system design, peer collaboration, mentoring, and pragmatic decision-making
 * Work cross-functionally, take ownership of delivery, and adapt quickly as priorities evolve, demonstrating an agile mindset and embodying our Bumble values of Curiosity, Respect, and Excellence
