## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in System troubleshooting?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Network & Low Voltage Technician to install, service, and troubleshoot networking, cabling, and security systems. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, hands-on field experience, and a commitment to meeting customer needs and company standards., * Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent certifications

 * 2+ years of experience in the technology field
 * Solid understanding of networking and troubleshooting
 * Experience with structured cabling and low voltage systems
 * Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand and power tools
 * Valid driver's license

Work Requirements:

 * Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset
 * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (cable pulling, working in attics, using lifts)
 * Flexibility to work long hours, evenings, or weekends as needed
 * Willingness to travel frequently, including short notice

Additional Requirements:

 * Must pass a background check and drug test
 * CompTIA A+ and networking certifications are preferred or required

## Description

* Install, configure, and troubleshoot network systems, including switching and connectivity
 * Install and service CCTV, alarm systems, and access control systems
 * Perform structured cabling work, including Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic termination and testing
 * Diagnose and repair communication systems using appropriate testing tools
 * Replace defective components and install new equipment as needed
 * Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
 * Complete and submit service reports and documentation accurately and on time
 * Safely operate power tools, lifts, and specialized equipment
