## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technology infrastructure engineering?, The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced analytical skills in order to evaluate our systems and ensure they meet our current and future needs for performance and security. Candidates should have demonstrated competencies in the following areas:

 * Desktop/Server/Network Security
 * Hosted MS Exchange
 * MS Active Directory
 * MS Office
 * MS Group Policy
 * Hyper-V Virtual Machines
 * SQL Databases
 * Power Automate Processes, * A college degree in computer science, information technology, related field, or equivalent relevant working experience of 5 plus years in an IT or AI related field.
 * Previous project management experience - minimum 1 year experience desired

## Description

* Maintaining IT infrastructure, including networks, operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
 * Performing server administration tasks (e.g.: user/group, security permissions, group policies, print services).
 * Developing and implementing maintenance procedures, monitoring system health, gathering system statistics, and troubleshooting reported errors, alarms, and issues as they arise.
 * Managing regular backup operations and implementing appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
 * Project management and implementation as it pertains to legal processes and procedures, including use of RPA and coding.
