Nice to Have * Experience supporting a HIPAA-compliant or regulated environment. * Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols. * Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company. * Music background, play an instrument, or a genuine love of live music., * IT: 2 years (Required) ## Description We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, self-motivated individual to join our growing team as an IT Support Specialist. This is not an entry level role, and the ideal candidate will need the drive to expand their technical and operational responsibilities as our company continues to grow. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day IT needs across the organization, including laptop and workstation setup, user access management, troubleshooting, and ensuring systems remain secure and reliable. You will also help maintain IT documentation, inventory, and support processes to reduce downtime and keep our team moving.
