## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
 * From 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Coordinator in software development or data-related projects.
 * Strong experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and working in Agile environments.
 * Experience supporting Data Migration, Data Integration, Data Warehouse, or other data-focused projects is an advantage.
 * Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
 * Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
 * Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Data Engineers, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders.
 * Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
 * Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
 * Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

## Description

* Act as a Scrum Master for an Agile team delivering a large-scale Data Migration project.
 * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
 * Coach the team on Agile values, Scrum principles, and best practices to ensure efficient sprint delivery.
 * Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders to align priorities and ensure smooth migration activities.
 * Identify and remove impediments impacting data migration, validation, testing, and release activities.
 * Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams involved in source systems, target platforms, and data integration processes.
 * Monitor sprint progress, team capacity, risks, and Agile metrics while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
 * Support release planning, migration planning, and risk management to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
 * Maintain Agile documentation, project reports, and meeting notes using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
 * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Agile processes and enhance team collaboration.
 * Collaborate with local and regional teams in an international working environment.
