* 10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce project delivery or technical leadership.
 * Hands-on experience managing Salesforce implementations, preferably Service Cloud Voice (SCV).
 * Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
 * Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

 * Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
 * Salesforce development knowledge (Apex, APIs, Visualforce, Integrations, Java/JavaScript).
 * Salesforce certifications preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

## Description

* Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects from planning to delivery.
 * Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and project status reporting.
 * Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
 * Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate Developers, Admins, QA, and Architects.
 * Oversee testing, UAT, releases, deployments, and documentation.
 * Ensure Salesforce best practices, governance, DevOps, and CI/CD standards.
