## About the Role

Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, The ideal candidate will have experience managing operational workflows, developing and maintaining documentation, managing program performance metrics, and a demonstrated ability to strategically plan and execute program development initiatives. This position is expected to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires data-driven decision-making and real time actions.  * 4+ years of relevant business experience
 * Ability to write custom SQL queries to mine and analyze large, complex data sets
 * Experience leading and coordinating product, merchandising, and operations relationships
 * Intermediate to advanced MS Excel proficiency
 * Intermediate to advanced proficiency with project management software tools
 * Excellent communication skills
 * Program/product management experience
 * Position may require travel

Bonus:

 * MBA or advanced degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
 * Experience in Seller Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Fulfillment Services
 * Experience working in Mirakl or other eCommerce SaaS Platform environments
 * Experience working in Oracle CRM or alternative software environments
 * Knowledge of product classification systems, catalog taxonomy, and product launch processes

## Description

* Own partner platform onboarding and management roadmap, operational governance, and processes
 * Set and track KPIs and program metrics, producing regular performance reports and insights
 * Define and deliver partner program strategies to manage tradeoffs and maximize value while meeting timelines
 * Develop and maintain documentation for partner systems & services workflows and standard operating procedures
 * Manage operational workflow execution for onboarding new partners, partner compliance, and partner system integrations
 * Lead cross-functional projects to improve partner systems and services
 * Support operations teams with incident investigations and resolution
