## Description

Mphasis is seeking a Technical Support Analyst with strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience supporting applications within the Banking and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Level 1/Level 2 support, incident management, issue resolution, and ensuring seamless operation of banking applications and services., * Provide technical support for banking applications and platforms.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve application, system, and user issues within established SLAs.
 * Monitor application health, system performance, and service availability.
 * Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for resolution.
 * Manage tickets through ServiceNow, JIRA, or other ticketing systems.
 * Support production environments and participate in incident management calls.
 * Communicate effectively with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
 * Perform application validations, deployments, and post-release support activities.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
 * Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and organizational policies.
