This role supports distributed restaurant environments by ensuring hardware issues are resolved, equipment lifecycle processes are followed, and inventory records remain accurate. You will oversee hardware requests, manage return and retirement processes, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure consistent communication across stakeholders.
