Your Key Responsibilities: * Architect and implement the Conversational AI platform using Gen AI models, semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques. * Oversee system design for multi-modal interactions (text, voice, vision) ensuring performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. * Lead the evaluation and integration of state-of-the-art LLMs and open frameworks for inference, and orchestration. * Build continuous learning and feedback systems using real-world conversational data for model improvement. * Establish engineering standards, experimentation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines for Gen AI services. * Drive cross-functional innovation to deliver differentiating features such as adaptive personas, context memory, and trust/safety filters. * Manage vendor relationships, platform partnerships, and cloud optimization for large-scale AI workloads., MSCI Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
