Custom Development: Develop high-quality, scalable code using Flows, Omni Scripts, Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend Health Cloud functionality.Care Management Automation: Build complex automation using Salesforce Flow and OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards) to support clinical Case Management.Data Cloud Execution: Implement Data Cloud (Data 360) requirements, including creating Data Streams, mapping Data Model Objects (DMOs), and developing Calculated Insights etc. AI Implementation: Build and configure Agentforce actions and instructions, Prompt Engineering to provide real-time assistance to patient coordinators.
