This position requires lifting/carrying up to 10 pounds occasionally., * Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field required. * CPR within 90 days of hire required. * Valid Driver's License with no major violations in the last 5 years. * Emotional Focused Therapy (EFFT) training preferred. * Minimum of six months experience working in therapeutic milieu preferred. * Clinical conceptualization of the treatment of eating disorders and dual diagnosis preferred. Computer Skills: * Must be able to effectively maneuver within an office scheduling system. * Minimum of intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Must be able to efficiently learn and effectively work within an electronic medical records system. ## Description At EDCare, we believe recovery is possible, and every interaction matters. We are seeking compassionate, dependable Program Techs or Therapists to help create a safe, structured, and supportive environment for individuals healing from eating disorders across our Residential, Partial Hospitalization, and Intensive Outpatient programs. As a key member of our treatment team, you will support patients through meals, groups, daily programming, and therapeutic engagement while helping foster a community of connection, accountability, and hope.
