As a full time Access Case Manager at EOSIS EOSIS Resource Center in New Brighton, MN, you'll have the unique opportunity to support individuals during one of the most vulnerable-and courageous-moments in their lives. In this role, you'll ensure a seamless intake process for clients, providing consistent support from initial contact to admission. The role focuses on building relationships with clients, referral partners, and their families, while making decisions and approvals for intakes, payment plans, and reviewing needs for admissions., The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive.
