To be successful as an IT Support technician, you will need to: * Listen to the client to understand the technology issue. * Research and determine causes of the technology issue. * Resolve the technology issue and confirm with the client it is resolved. * Communicate and set expectations with the clients on service delivery. * Coordinate with the Integrity support team on service delivery needs and scheduling. * Document all activities and time you took to complete a ticket. * Create or update knowledge base articles and configurations so they are accurate for future service. * Stay up to date on the tools you use to provide support. * Stay up to date on IT trends impacting small businesses and Integrity's clients.
