Position is incentive eligible. ## Description The VP, Enterprise Claims Initiatives, reporting directly to the Chief Claims Officer, acts as a strategic advisor and project management leader within the claims function. This role blends operational oversight with organizational responsibilities, driving transformation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across claims operations. This position reports directly to the Chief Claims Officer.
