 * Experience working with J2EE application servers such as WebSphere Application Server (v7.0 or higher)
 * 72 months (6+ years) of experience using JPA and/or Hibernate with Oracle or SQL Server databases
 * 72 months (6+ years) of experience with messaging technologies such as MQ and JMS

Preferred Skills

 * Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and design patterns
 * Experience working in government or public sector projects
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

 * Develop and maintain enterprise-level Java applications using modern frameworks and design patterns
 * Architect solutions using Object-Oriented and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and technical solutions
 * Ensure application performance, security, and scalability standards are met
 * Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the development lifecycle
 * Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and architecture planning
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
