## About the Role

Do you have experience in Telecommunications network troubleshooting?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, 5+ years experience in implementing, installing and documenting technology, technical project management, documentation and project management.

Skills Required:

 * Advanced network support troubleshooting and problem solving and ability to create network diagrams

 * Knowledge of installing all Microsoft products

 * Advanced organizational skills and ability to explain technologies to clients who are not aware of what technology is needed and why

 * Advanced systems installation knowledge and conversant around integration architectures

 * Working knowledge of Active Directory, Cisco, Firewalls, Novell and Sharepoint Portal Services is a plus

 * Demonstrated work with infrastructure/deployment issues (T1, Routers, Modem and Ethernet technologies)

Education:

Bachelors Degree or higher (preferably with major in Computer Science)
MCSE, CCNA and CNE certifications are desired but not required.

Individual Responsibilities:

 * Supporting IT network for the client

 * Gathering needs and giving solutions within the client's IT budget

 * Installing software and hardware, supporting servers and needed technology

 * Keep agreed upon deadlines

 * Document results for clients

 * Emailing daily status report to ARS Client Business Development Manager
