The Desktop Support Specialist is responsible for being the front-line support for the end users and to ensure their computers are working efficiently with the software needed to complete their job functions. The person must be highly motivated, energetic and a hard-working team player. Essential Job Functions * Provide technical leadership in the planning, implementing, and deployment of the desktop environment for optimum IT function.
