## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, * 5+ years of Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or MSP experience.

 * Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server, SharePoint, and Hyper-V.
 * Experience with cybersecurity best practices, backup/disaster recovery solutions, and hybrid cloud environments.
 * Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and client-facing communication skills.
 * MSP, consulting, or professional services experience strongly preferred.

## Description

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design, implement, and support complex client infrastructure environments across cloud and on-premises platforms. This is a client-facing role focused on infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, virtualization, cloud technologies, and strategic IT consulting.
Responsibilities

 * Lead infrastructure projects involving Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, SharePoint, Windows Server, and Hyper-V.
 * Design and implement secure, scalable solutions across hybrid cloud environments.
 * Support security initiatives including MFA, MDM, Conditional Access, Microsoft 365 hardening, identity management, and DLP.
 * Develop deployment plans, technical documentation, network diagrams, and SOPs.
 * Design and validate backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
 * Conduct infrastructure assessments, IT audits, and technology reviews.
 * Create project scopes, estimates, and technical recommendations for clients.
 * Serve as a trusted technical advisor while managing multiple projects and priorities.
