Student Information System (SIS) Management * Ensure the accuracy and integrity of student information data within PowerSchool on a daily basis. * Maintain the student database to accurately track attendance, school calendars, course records, staff records, demographics, enrollments/withdrawals, student programs, discipline, and testing. * Work with staff to monitor computer operating systems and data entry procedures to ensure consistent standards for the accurate collection, recording, and verification of information. Training & Support * Provide training and technical support to district programs and personnel, including Gifted, Special Education, Virtual, Principals, and Secretaries. * Serve as a liaison to state ITC sites, attend state meetings hosted by the ODE, and communicate updated state-mandated changes to appropriate district personnel. * Send memos to building personnel regarding state reporting data requirements and timelines for completion.
