## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technical writing?, · 10+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, Business Architecture, or ERP transformation programs.

· Strong expertise in at least one domain: R2R, OTC, or P2P.

· Experience working on large-scale enterprise Finance transformation initiatives.

· Strong understanding of Finance business processes, operating models, and governance structures.

· Experience facilitating executive-level workshops and stakeholder discussions.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

· Ability to work in a hybrid onsite/offshore delivery model.

Preferred Qualifications

· Oracle Fusion Financials experience preferred.

· Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programs.

· Knowledge of Finance modernization, digital transformation, and process optimization initiatives.

· Experience working in consulting or enterprise transformation environments.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Business Architect to support a large-scale Finance Transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Finance process transformation, Business Architecture, and Oracle Fusion Financials. This role will focus on defining future-state finance processes, aligning business capabilities with Oracle Fusion solutions, and supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across R2R, OTC, or P2P domains., · Lead Finance Transformation initiatives across Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (OTC), or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process areas.

· Define and document future-state Finance operating models and business process architecture.

· Align Oracle Fusion Financials capabilities with business requirements and transformation objectives.

· Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive alignment.

· Develop business process flows, transformation roadmaps, and governance frameworks.

· Support Oracle Fusion implementation and migration strategy initiatives.

· Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices for modernization and digital transformation.

· Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of Finance transformation programs.

· Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and organizational alignment activities.

· Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, governance models, and Finance operational objectives.
