## Description

What You'll Do:
You'll own projects end-to-end - from original concept through design, implementation, and closeout - while keeping stakeholders aligned and outcomes on track. Day-to-day, that means:

 * Planning and managing multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously
 * Leading process improvement initiatives across people, process, and technology
 * Driving performance engineering and process redesign efforts
 * Conducting data collection, process analysis, and root cause analysis
 * Adhering to department standards for project execution and performance improvement
 * Serving as a key cross-functional collaborator and communicator across teams
 * Operating with increasing autonomy as you grow into the PM II level
