## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
 * 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing test environments
 * Strong communication and teamwork skills
 * Experience with C, Visual Basic, and LabVIEW preferred
 * Knowledge of circuit design, schematic review, and electrical fundamentals
 * Familiarity with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies)
 * Experience with design tools (AutoCAD, OrCAD, etc.)
 * Knowledge of data/reporting tools (SQL preferred)
 * Experience working with customers and delivering presentations
 * Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus

## Description

As a Test Engineer, you will develop and maintain complex test processes for board-level, sub-assembly, and final assembly production., * Define test plans, select platforms, perform DFT analysis, and assess capacity

 * Analyze key metrics and troubleshoot issues with yield, WIP, and downtime
 * Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve quality issues
 * Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
 * Drive continuous improvement in quality, yield, and efficiency using Lean/Six Sigma
 * Maintain documentation for test processes and equipment
 * Create test specifications, drawings, and qualification documents
 * Act as a technical liaison with customers on test design and performance
 * Support testing methods including ICT, FVT, ESS, and system-level testing
 * Follow all safety and EHS standards
