## About the Role

* Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll (ECP).
 * Hands-on payroll configuration experience.
 * Knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, wage types, PCC, and retro payroll.
 * Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration.
 * Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
 * 10+ years of experience in full lifecycle SAP Payroll implementations.
 * 5+ years of Project Management experience in SAP SuccessFactors projects.
 * Experience delivering multiple end-to-end EC Payroll implementations.
 * SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll certification preferred.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP EC Payroll Project Manager with hands-on Employee Central Payroll (ECP) configuration expertise to lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Payroll implementations, payroll transformation projects, client coordination, payroll configuration, integrations, testing, and go-live support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 * Lead SAP EC Payroll implementation and support projects.
 * Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and delivery.
 * Gather payroll requirements and provide solution design.
 * Configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processes.
 * Coordinate integrations with SAP modules and third-party systems.
 * Oversee SIT, UAT, payroll parallel testing, and go-live activities.
 * Work with global stakeholders, offshore/onshore teams, and business users.
 * Support payroll compliance, issue resolution, and post-production support.
