You know what a funnel is. You have heard of Alex Hormozi or Russell Brunson. You think about marketing as a system, not just content. * Proficiency in CapCut for short-form video editing. Premiere Pro is a bonus. * Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Not just as a user but as someone who pays attention to how content performs * Organized, reliable, and fast. You meet deadlines without being reminded. * Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter. You do not need to be an expert, but you cannot be someone who avoids or dismisses AI. We use it every day to move faster, think clearer, and produce more. ## Description This is an entry to mid-level marketing and social media role on a high-output team. You will support the social media strategy for Dr. Patrick Flynn and The Wellness Way handling content scheduling, assisting with content creation, and helping the team operate faster and more consistently. This is not a role where you post and disappear. You will be part of a team that cares about performance, learns from data, and holds itself to a high standard every week. What you will do * Schedule and publish content across Dr. Flynn's and all of TWW's social media platforms * Support the Social Media Lead with day-to-day execution tasks * Edit short-form video content using CapCut * Assist in content organization, asset management, and platform maintenance * Monitor platform activity and flag anything that needs attention * Learn our content strategy and contribute ideas that are grounded in performance, not just creativity * Take ownership of your work and communicate proactively.
