The ideal candidate will have strong experience configuring and managing firewalls, routers, switches, data center infrastructure, and network security solutions while ensuring compliance with company security standards. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, vendor coordination, hardware lifecycle management, and support for critical enterprise network services. Roles and Responsibilities: Support Network Operations and enterprise network infrastructure. Configure and manage switches, firewalls, and routers. Perform data center inventory and patch panel work. Coordinate with network vendors for support and implementation activities. Update firewall configurations as per latest security standards of the company. Assist with hardware lifecycle management of network equipment. Troubleshoot Layer 2 issues and maintain a full understanding of STP. Troubleshoot dot1x/EAP and handle NAC-related issues.
