## About the Role

Do you have experience in Workday?, * Proven experience in recruitment (agency), ideally 18months+ for Senior level / 5+ years for Principal level

 * Background in HRIS / HR Technology recruitment (highly desirable)
 * Strong experience in contract/temp recruitment
 * Track record of business development and client relationship management
 * Commercial mindset with the ability to build and scale a desk, * Do you have current 360 recruitment experience of working in the HR Technology sector?

## Description

* Build and grow a desk focused on HR Technology / HRIS recruitment
 * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360 role) with a focus on permanent placements
 * Leverage existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities
 * Work closely with an established HR recruitment team to cross-sell into HR tech
 * Contribute to the growth and direction of a new specialist division
