* You bring at least 3 years of commercial experience as a Software Engineer.
 * Strong experience in software systems design and familiarity with foundational computer science concepts (algorithms, complexity, data structures).
 * Proficiency in at least one of our core programming languages: Go, TypeScript, or Python.
 * Experience in building highly reliable, scalable microservice back-ends, web UIs, CLIs, or infrastructure automation tools.
 * Demonstrable skill in effective software testing and a strong commitment to code quality.
 * Ability to deal with ambiguity and respond with agility when requirements and priorities change.
