You'll participate in cross-functional initiatives, work closely with other engineering team members, and ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and developer-friendly solutions that align with Invesco's enterprise vision. This role requires strong technical depth, strategic vision, and a dedication to fostering engineering excellence and scalable AI-enabled software development. You will demonstrate a willingness to explore and contribute to new and exciting initiatives, while maintaining accountability for foundational engineering work that ensures platform stability, scalability, and long-term success. Responsibilities of the Role: * Implementing the architectural and business functional vision for internal applications, platform, and enterprise services. * Design and implement of processes, applications, and services for Investment Technology business domain, according to business requirements. * Collaborate with enterprise architecture, product, infrastructure, and security teams to align platform capabilities with enterprise goals. * Building AWS cloud-based solutions, utilizing cloud services according to best practices. * Applying DevSecOps practices and CI/CD maturity using tools such as Git, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, SonarQube, and Artifactory. * Implement systems integrations, applying integration patterns and using APIs and data integration tools. * Leveraging industry-leading AI capabilities to streamline software development while fostering an AI-first approach across the team. * Work in Agile team and be fluent with project and repository management tools such as Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) * Support automation and self-service engineering across the organization. * Mentor team's engineers and lead by example in applying best practices and execution excellence. * Promote a collaborative and engaging culture across global teams., The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this role.
