## About the Role

* Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline. In lieu of a degree, 7 years of directly related experience may be substituted
 * Minimum 7 years of software development experience
 * Experience developing applications using Python and/or C/C++
 * Experience troubleshooting and debugging software applications
 * Understanding of software development methodologies and secure coding practices

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with networking protocols, including TCP/IP
 * Experience with socket-level programming
 * Experience supporting Computer Network Operations (CNO) development efforts
 * Experience with low-level system internals across Windows, Linux/Unix, Mobile Platforms, or Network Devices
 * Experience with software analysis and reverse engineering
 * Experience utilizing Atlassian tools including JIRA, Confluence, and Crucible

## Description

REDLattice is seeking a talented CNO Software Developer to join our team in Hanover, Maryland. This position supports advanced cyber operations through the development of innovative software solutions and mission-focused capabilities. The ideal candidate possesses strong software development skills, experience with Python and/or C/C++, and an interest in solving complex technical challenges in support of national security objectives., * Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions supporting cyber operations

 * Analyze software and systems to identify vulnerabilities and enhancement opportunities
 * Support the development and integration of CNO capabilities
 * Troubleshoot and resolve software defects across multiple environments
 * Collaborate with engineers, operators, and mission stakeholders to deliver operational capabilities
 * Document technical designs, processes, and solutions in accordance with engineering standards
