Must be eligible to work in the United States. ## Description Our Housing Support Technician position provides an opportunity to work in a mission-driven organization where your continuous work efforts are contributing to the greater good of the community. In this position a well-organized individual will make use of customer service and communication skills to assist clients and complete administrative tasks in accordance with rules, regulations and processes. At Housing Opportunities of SW Washington (HOSWWA) we work closely with local government and community partners throughout Cowlitz, Wahkiakum, Lewis, and Pacific counties to address issues of affordable housing and homelessness and to help families break the cycle of poverty. We provide affordable housing and housing assistance to low-income residents within our service area. The Housing Support Technician provides services to the agency through performing a broad range of administrative support and customer service functions contributing to the overall effectiveness of the organization. This position is one of high visibility, often being the first representative that new applicants may engage with in their path towards decent, safe, and affordable housing.
