 * Mentoring and guiding front-end development teams in building visually compelling, user-centric business software.
 * Ensuring application performance, scalability, and maintain high standards of code quality and design.
 * Troubleshooting and resolving incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing proactive measures to prevent future issues.
 * Anticipating and solving technical problems with a focus on business impact and productivity
 * Advocating for user experience through thoughtful interface design and usability considerations
 * Leveraging data to inform product and design decisions.
