Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, in-person position in a professional office environment. Regular use of computers and frequent user interaction occur throughout the workday. Must be able to lift and move up to 25 lbs for equipment setup and maintenance. Occasional after-hours support or light travel may be required. A clean, professional appearance and a commitment to confidentiality are essential.

## Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to join a growing team in St. Cloud, MN. This hands-on IT support role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth daily operations. You'll work closely with end users, providing prompt and courteous technical assistance while helping maintain a stable IT environment., * Respond to help desk tickets and provide technical support both in-person and remotely.

 * Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, software, and peripherals.
 * Support and maintain Windows operating environments and Microsoft Exchange.
 * Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
 * Communicate clearly and professionally with users and internal team members.
 * Keep work areas organized and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
 * Occasionally travel for short-term, on-site technical support needs.
