We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Technical Lead to join a large-scale digital transformation programme. This role is ideal for a senior Salesforce professional with deep expertise in FSL implementations, Salesforce platform development, and technical leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the technical delivery of Salesforce FSL implementations and enhancementsDesign scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging standard platform capabilities and custom development where appropriateProvide technical leadership across integrations, AppExchange products, Lightning development, and deployment best practicesCollaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to define and deliver solutionsSupport estimation, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activitiesDrive best practices across development, integration, and application lifecycle managementTroubleshoot and resolve Salesforce and FSL-related issuesProduce technical documentation aligned with business and project objectivesMentor junior developers and provide guidance across the delivery teamRequired ExperienceStrong experience delivering Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutionsExcellent understanding of workforce management, asset service management,
