## Description

* Responsible for the development, decomposition, refinement and documentation of key requirements and capabilities.

 * Responsible for supporting overall System-level end to end performance assessments of the system and identifying and leading the resolution of systems performance gaps relative to stakeholder requirements.

 * Collaboration with senior systems engineers and other disciplines to support the development of deliverables

 * The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.

 * The candidate should possess strong technical problem solving, written and verbal communication skills to generate and document system level requirements, perform vehicle performance assessments and participate in system level verification/data review activities.

 * Manages requirement changes in the Requirements Management databases working effectively with IPT leaders and team members.

 * Should possess a strong resolve to drive tasks to completion autonomously.

 * Creates and manages both original and revised specification/interface definition documents and coordinates document approval through peer review and signature process.

 * Support risk management (identifies potential risk).

 * Manages aspects of system design, analyses, interface verification, testing, minor failure/anomaly resolution or mission operations.

 * Participates in the creation of and manages changes to system or subsystem analytical models.

 * Should be knowledgeable about agile principles and have demonstrated the ability to facilitate an agile development process

 * Candidate will support the development and execution of technical reviews for the program.
