## Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Funding Data Officer to join our Management Information Systems (MIS) team at Sandwell College. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of student data that underpins funding and performance across the organisation., * Processing learner enrolments and data amendments accurately and within required deadlines

 * Setting up and managing electronic timetables and registers across designated areas
 * Carrying out regular data validation checks to ensure audit compliance
 * Monitoring register completion and following up with curriculum staff where required
 * Acting as a key point of contact for data queries relating to enrolment, registration, and achievement
 * Liaising with curriculum and exams teams to ensure timely and accurate recording of achievements
 * Maintaining secure and accurate student records in line with GDPR and college procedures
