This role will support fast-paced product and engineering initiatives while helping maintain design systems, UX standards, and best practices across multiple applications and platforms., * Bachelor''s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience Design, Human Factors, Design, or a related field. * 3+ years of professional UX design experience. * Strong ability to manage and prioritize work across multiple products, projects, and stakeholder groups. * Demonstrated ability to balance creative problem-solving with established UX standards and best practices. * Strong UX research, usability testing, and user interview experience. * Knowledge of accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines. * Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. * Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, and Business teams., * Experience designing, building, and maintaining reusable design systems and component libraries in Figma. * Familiarity with responsive and enterprise application design patterns. * Basic front-end development knowledge, including HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies. * Experience working within Agile product development environments. * Exposure to enterprise software, financial services, fintech, or other complex business applications. ## Description Reporting to the UX Lead, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business, design, and technology. You will conduct user research, gather requirements, create design solutions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, user-focused, and comfortable working across multiple products and stakeholder groups.
