PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, squat and lift up to 40 pounds * Ability to sit for assigned shift * Manual and finger dexterity for operation of personal computer and routine paperwork * Ability to tolerate a noisy, smoke-filled environment ## Description Responsible for the designing, installing, monitoring, maintaining, and performance tuning of production databases while ensuring high levels of data availability. Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing database policies and procedures, to ensure the integrity and availability of databases and their accompanying software. Supervise and manage the projects assigned to subordinate staff. Analyze and resolve or recommend solutions to complex or unusual customer service problems and issues. Supervise and implement end-user training for authorized software.
